Websites end to end
Structure, copy, design, launch.
I run websites and apps from the brief to daily operation. Around 20 projects for more than 10 clients, new builds and projects in maintenance mode.

Design it, code it, then wait. Feedback arrived when it was too late to use it.
Processes matured, but everything still cost human hours. Every extra option meant another day.
What took days takes hours. A quote, an analysis or a prototype lands before a team could meet.
AI makes it fast, experience keeps it right. Without the second, the first is just a faster way to a bad brief.
The projects I run add up to tens of millions of crowns. Every month I plan hundreds of hours of developer, designer and management work on them.
Structure, copy, design, launch.
From an idea to a product someone actually uses.
Deadline, budget, quality. My problem.
Tools that take manual work away.

Loyalty app of a fuel station network: mobile app, admin and website. Points for fuelling, rewards and coupons, integrated with the point-of-sale system. Over 200,000 users a day.
Automated error reportingWe see the error before the customer does. The app keeps its error rate under 0.01 % and operations run on data instead of complaints.

An internal web app for a KPMG team: projects, tasks, attachments and roles in one place instead of emails and spreadsheets.
Feedback from live useI set up a regular round of comments from the people who use the app every day and fold them into every release. The tool grows around what slows the team down, not the original brief.

Website of a building savings bank: loans, savings, a catalogue of advisors and branches. Regulated content that changes on an exact date.
Send me my result and A/B testingAnyone who runs the calculator but does not apply can get the result by email, so an anonymous visit becomes a contact. A/B tests then show which version of the page actually brings enquiries, so the site is tuned on data, not on impressions.

Product site of a concrete roof tile manufacturer: catalogue, roof calculator, map of dealers and roofers, six languages.
New calculator lead flowLeads were meant to arrive by email. I pushed for saving them in the admin with statuses and an assigned salesperson, and for unlocking the result only after a contact is filled in. The calculator became a lead collector.

Site of a roof tile and brick manufacturer with a roof price calculator that returns a PDF quote.
Resume an unfinished calculationWhoever leaves the calculator halfway can come back where they stopped. Fewer people give up and more get to the point of sending an enquiry.

Wholesale and B2B e-shop: sub-accounts for stores, invoices and delivery notes to download, feeds, CZ and SK versions.
Claims and a dashboard for the B2B sectionI proposed self-service claims and an overview dashboard for wholesale partners. Partners find their numbers and claim status themselves, and sales is rid of routine questions.

Merino clothing e-shop with its own admin: micro-collections, a blog, Ecomail and PPL integrations.
Product carousel in the blogI proposed placing a strip of the products an article talks about right inside it. The blog stopped being a dead end and became a showcase for collections and products.

Site of a respiratory protection brand: catalogue, downloadable documentation and a guide to choosing the right set.
Product selection guideA helper that walks the customer through a few questions to the right combination of unit, hood and filter. Instead of studying the catalogue they get an answer, and distributors explain less.
Presentation builderAn app where the company assembles its own brand presentations for trade fairs and internal materials. Sales does not wait for a designer and every deck is built from current data.

Corporate site of the manufacturer that makes and sells the CleanAIR brand: production, history, distribution network, careers.
B2B portalI proposed a portal where a distributor orders and checks stock on their own. Orders and stock levels stop arriving by email and sales only handles the exceptions.

Sites of a mountain resort, hotel and Bruno Family Park with online booking of stays and tickets.
Bookolo and Multi Chain integrationBooking and stay offers run right on the resort’s site through connected AI tools, with no redirect elsewhere. Guests finish a booking without leaving the page and the resort manages its offer from one system.

Site of a private air carrier: charter flights, air ambulance, organ transport, fleet and magazine, CZ and EN.
Flights to events and destinationsI proposed a section built around why people fly: a Grand Prix, a trade fair, a concert. It creates content that pulls in SEO and AI search, so there is less need to pay for PPC.

Careers site of a manufacturing plant: open positions, the working environment, benefits, company values and certificates.
Environment and values instead of a job adThe careers site shows the working environment, values, environmental policy and certificates as evidence, not slogans. Candidates decide before they send a CV, and the ones who apply are the ones the company actually fits.

Five sites around recruitment, education and events: vyrostlijsme.cz, events, a tax competition, youniversity, auditor.film.
A new year without a developerQuestions imported from a spreadsheet and the year configured in the admin. The client launches a new competition year alone, without waiting for development.
Seven years, hardly a lifetime. But they held more than such a short stretch would suggest.
