Project and product manager with more than seven years of experience. Six years in automotive (HMI, team leadership), since 2025 running around 20 projects (websites, e-shops, apps) for more than 10 clients, new builds and projects in maintenance mode. I build with AI every day: Claude Code, workflow automation, internal tools.

## Work experience

### Project Manager, Giant Interactive (2025 → present)

Running around 20 projects for more than 10 clients, either new builds or projects in maintenance mode, among them RSTS (Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna), KPMG, Panasonic, Fade, Kama, Betonpres and CleanAIR. Briefs, estimates, budgets and priorities, coordination of developers and designers, invoicing. I bring clients my own feature ideas, mostly around lead capture and qualification, and for smaller sites I design measurement and SEO. Internal tools and reporting automation are something I build with Claude Code every day.

### Chapter Lead, Digiteq Automotive (2023 → 2025)

Competency mapping and growth plans for a team of around ten. Recruitment, project rotations, keeping know-how in the team and projects staffed.

### Product Owner / Acting PM, Digiteq Automotive (2021 → 2023)

Service delivered as a product: definition, delivery quality, improvement from customer feedback and data. Performance monitoring, incident resolution, alignment with development, stakeholders and support.

### UI Solution Analyst, Digiteq Automotive (2019 → 2025)

Analysis and design of HMI solutions in automotive. Requirements from stakeholders, system architecture, user needs translated into specifications. Coordination of software and hardware development, integration with infotainment and in-vehicle systems, UX improvement proposals.

## Selected projects

- **TOPCard**: Loyalty app of a fuel station network: mobile app, admin and website, points for fuelling, rewards, point-of-sale integration. Over 200,000 users a day, lots of reporting and fine-tuning to exactly what the client needs.
- **KPMG Board**: Internal ticketing app for a KPMG team: projects, tasks, attachments, roles and overviews in one place.
- **RSTS (Raiffeisen stavební spořitelna)**: Website of a building savings bank: loans, savings, a catalogue of advisors and branches, regulated content changed on an exact date. My own proposal “Send me the result”: visitors who don't finish the loan calculation get the result by e-mail and a follow-up sequence.
- **Betonpres**: Product site of a roof tile manufacturer: catalogue, a roof calculator turned into a lead collector (result unlocked after entering contact details, leads in the admin with statuses and sales rep assignment), map of dealers and roofers, six languages.
- **Fade**: Wholesale B2B e-shop: store sub-accounts, downloadable documents, feeds, CZ and SK versions. My own proposal of self-service returns and complaints and a partner dashboard.
- **Aeropartner**: Website of a private aviation company: landing pages for air ambulance and donor organ transport, my own proposal of a Flights to events section capturing demand by specific event, PPC reporting and GA4 and GTM measurement.
- **CleanAIR**: Site of a respiratory protection brand: catalogue, documentation, a product selection guide and integration with the Helios ERP.
